xolosArmy Network has published the public Draft v0.1 repository for the Teyolia XEC/RUNE Liquidity Bootstrap review package.
The repository serves as the canonical English document for coordinating technical, governance and execution review around the proposed path for native XEC liquidity on THORChain.
A Review Request, Not a Funding Request
This publication marks a strategic transition in the project roadmap. The repository is explicitly framed as a review package. It is not a request for funding, endorsement, political support or immediate campaign promotion.
“We are not asking for approval. We are asking for technically competent review before asking anyone for capital.”
The immediate objective is to request independent feedback on the architecture before any public liquidity campaign is launched. This includes the Teyolia 2.1-G settlement logic, the Tonalli native eCash multisig, UTXO/script assumptions, risk disclosures and governance questions.
What the Review Package Covers
- Native XEC THORNode integration path: public technical work that remains subject to THORChain review.
- Tonalli Multisig: native eCash P2SH multisig governance custody demonstrated on mainnet.
- Teyolia 2.1-G: a governed settlement flow that separates community fundraising from final THORChain ADDLP execution.
- Governance questions: signer selection, custody model, LP ownership, withdrawal authority and reporting.
- Risk disclosures: impermanent loss, low initial volume, execution risk, multisig risk and unresolved RUNE coordination.
Current Status
No capital is confirmed. No community or institutional capital has been committed to the liquidity pool.
No RUNE match is confirmed. Any RUNE coordination remains unresolved unless explicitly documented later.
No THORNode merge is claimed. The native XEC integration path remains public and reviewable, but not described as merged or accepted.
No GNC funding or formal GNC role is documented. The GNC declined funding due to limited budget and recommended reaching out to individuals who can personally commit to helping on governance.
The Path Forward
The operational doctrine is simple:
Review first. Promotion second. Governance third. Capital fourth.
No public fundraising campaign should be launched until the relevant technical review, governance coordination and risk disclosure requirements are sufficiently reviewed, documented and disclosed.
Independent developers and technical reviewers within the UTXO/script ecosystem are invited to inspect the Draft v0.1 repository and provide feedback.
